Description

Join us on 19th July 2026, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, for Wings Through the Monsoon Forests — a refreshing early morning Himalayan birding experience under Pangot EARTH WALKS, set amidst the serene forests surrounding Jungle Lore Birding Lodge, Uttarakhand.

This guided Himalayan nature walk led by Kundan Kumar is thoughtfully designed for beginners, families, students, photographers, birdwatchers, and anyone eager to experience the peaceful beauty and rich birdlife of the Kumaon Himalaya during the monsoon season.

As gentle monsoon mist drifts through the oak and pine canopies, participants will explore Himalayan forest trails while observing mountain birds and woodland biodiversity thriving during the rainy season. Learn bird identification through calls, movement, plumage, and behaviour while understanding how monsoon patterns influence Himalayan ecosystems, bird activity, and forest life.
