Thank you, Dr Kalra and Salil, for my maiden birding experience. Very informative interactions definitely broadened my horizons. Would also like to thank the very knowledgeable botanist (did not get his name) for the different kinds of grasses, creepers, and flowers growing in the area. Saw some beautiful butterflies and wondered if some dissemination of knowledge on insects would make it even more interesting. Thanks, everyone, for a beautiful experience! We were able to get extremely close to the bats and observe them, and Dr. Sumit showed us a variety of different bats and had so much knowledge to share!
