Join us for “Fluttering Jewels: A Butterfly & Dragonfly Walk” at Sunder Nursery, an engaging Earth Walk dedicated to discovering the colourful and fascinating world of butterflies and dragonflies. Led by Ram Veer, a Butterfly & Dragonfly Expert, this two-hour nature experience invites participants to slow down, observe closely, and explore the incredible diversity of these winged creatures.
As we explore the gardens, water bodies, flowering plants, and green spaces of Sunder Nursery, participants will learn to identify butterflies and dragonflies, understand their behaviour and life cycles, and discover their important role in urban ecosystems.
Whether you are a beginner, nature enthusiast, photographer, student, or an experienced wildlife lover, this walk offers an opportunity to connect with nature while developing a deeper appreciation for these delicate yet important creatures.
By Metro: The nearest metro stations include JLN Stadium (Violet Line) and Jor Bagh (Yellow Line). From the station, participants can take an auto or cab to Sunder Nursery.
By Auto/Taxi: Mention Sunder Nursery near Humayun’s Tomb as the destination.
By Car: Paid parking is available near the entrance. Participants are advised to arrive early to allow sufficient time for parking and reaching the meeting point.
